Direct Discrimination Discrimination is the refusal to rent to a person because of race, color, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, marital status, age, religion, political convictions, language, ethnic or national origin, social status, or disability.
Indirect discrimination

They should be banned. Refuse to fill out these forms. They have no other purpose than to select the "best" possible candidate, in short to discriminate people for the reasons listed above.

The RCLALQ recalls that the only information required for renting a home are the name and address of the person. To end discrimination and improper collection of personal information, RCLALQ request: • The
