How To Make Sweet Popocorn

humanitarian Find a job in Cameroon since abroad

Employment in Cameroon is concentrated in volunteer work programs or internships with NGOs, non-profit or nonprofit organization. Internship programs and volunteer programs cover a wide range of areas, including women's rights, environmental sustainability, assistance to refugees, the ocean and the sustainability of marine life, economy, and helping to collect general statistics of the country (census reports or statistics of wildlife).

There are great volunteer programs in the world and they offer people a new way to travel and do good around them at the same time. Most programs have no time limit and we are happy if someone can help and stay for an extended period of time (at least 3 months or more). Although positions of unpaid volunteers, most programs offer free accommodation and food so your only expense is the airfare and pocket money. I suggest you cover these costs by teaching private English classes at an institute in your spare time if possible, just to make you money.

There is a unique job opportunity, outside of work or an internship as a volunteer is to become a leading safari guide. In our research, we came across this opportunity based on adventure and explore exactly how you become a guide. You must pass by a small core courses that teach you how to manage groups in the area, creating a safe camping, information on local plants and wildlife, and how to look for signs that wildlife in the region as footprints and droppings. At the end of the course you are eligible to be licensed guide and working for a large number of tour operators (mainly in southern Cameroon). They are always looking for guides who speak English.
